Low Effort
These scrumptious snacks are worth a few minutes of chopping and
seasoning.
1. Cajun popcorn with super seeds: Toss 20 g air-popped popcorn with ½
teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil. Sprinkle with ½ teaspoon Cajun seasoning and 1
tablespoon toasted hulled sunflower seeds, and toss again.
2. Veggies with creamy avocado dip: Mash ¼ avocado with lime juice and a
pinch of salt. If desired, add some chopped red onion. Then, dunk your snacking
veggies.
3. Smoked paprika and almond popcorn: Toss 20 g air-popped popcorn with 1
teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons toasted sliced
almonds, ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika, and a couple of pinches of coarse salt, and
toss again.
