1 Preheat the oven to
325°F/160°C. Roll out the
sablée dough to a ⅛-inch
thickness and cut a disk
that is ½ inch shorter than
the diameter of your
mold. Cut a hole out of
the center if the mold has
a hole in the center. Bake
for 20 minutes, or until
golden brown. Remove
