7 Make sure to bring the


oil back up to
temperature between
batches. After your test
beignet you can fry the
beignets 3 to 5 at a time
depending on the width
of your pan. Make sure
that you do not put too
many into the pot at once,
as they will expand and
crowd each other, which
will slow down the frying
