When I finished I just got up and went about my
work. For two complete years I felt really lethargic,
tired, the life had drained out of me. I walked around
like a zombie. I really did. I thought I had attained
peace of mind. (I thought I had attained a tranquil state)
In actual fact I'm not sure what I thought, I was out of it.
I was out to lunch! as they say. Little did I realize I was
continually walking around with my RAS in the
deactivated mode. Knowing what I know now, I can
only assume that I was susceptible to all the negative
input you can imagine. I am only thankful that I wasn't
exposed to too much negativity.


When I first stumbled across the RAS I decided to
do an experiment. I did my daily meditation and when
I had finished I deliberately snapped myself out of the
altered state. I shook my head, splashed water on my
face, jumped up, ran around, shook my head and really
snapped myself out of it. I couldn't believe that I
became almost human again. After walking around for
almost two years like a humanoid, I began to feel like
my old self again. I started to take an interest in life, I
was motivated, I was happy, I was alert, I was raring to
go. I felt good. (This last tip would probably help those
guys in the saffron robes at Los Angeles airport!)


My next experiment was when I actually started
adding some input into my biocomputer when I was in
a relaxed state. That's when I started to get the real
breakthroughs!


When I first came across the RAS I realized it was
such a powerful mechanism, I wanted to explore
further and find out everything there was to know. I set
myself up in business, in the State of Massachusetts, as a
hypnotherapist to prove to myself I could really insert
programs into people's biocomputers and create
permanent change in people and overcome maybe ten
or twenty or thirty years of negative programming very
