getting heavy and my legs are getting heavy and the
deeper I breathe the more pleasantly relaxed I become.
My facial muscles are fully relaxed and so are the
muscles around my eyes. The more I relax these
muscles the more pleasantly relaxed I become. I notice
my breathing getting heavier and my eyes getting
heavier, I am now completely and utterly relaxed. My
head is getting heavy, my arms are getting heavy and
my breathing is getting deeper and deeper. I notice that
I am very comfortable and very relaxed. My legs are
now very heavy. My eyes are now very heavy. I have
slipped into a very deep state of relaxation that covers
the whole, of my body. I feel very relaxed and very
comfortable. All the parts of my body are in a deep state
of relaxation.


This is an induction that you can experiment with.
You can read this out over and over again onto an audio
cassette tape. You may find that you need a five minute
induction to completely relax you. Others may need
fifteen or twenty minutes. Find out what works for you.
Remember you don't want to be asleep, just relaxed.
