but during the day he used it himself. He used the hard
floor to rest on, he too found that he would fall asleep

Then he used to visualize the future as he desired it. If
it's good enough for Thomas Edison, Winston
Churchill, Howard Hughes and Ron G. Holland it
should be good enough for you! The method works!


It hasn't escaped my attention that over the years I
have noticed many times, both from my own experi-
ence and observing other people who are striving for
the top, human beings hate to take time out to relax.
They fight and struggle and make hard work of it, they
go against the flow. On the other hand every time I let
go (I love the expression, let go and let God!), I start to
move forward again, I go with the flow.


Jungle creatures live with all sorts of predators
around them but they don't live in a constant state of
stress, only in emergency, at the very last moment their
backs arch, ears stand on end and concentration comes
into their eyes. It's only humans that live in constant
state of stress and worry all the time.


Relaxation is a key to high performance human
behavior. Relaxation is the key to success. Relaxation is
the key to making the biocomputer operate efficiently
and it is also the key to controlling the RAS.


One of the main functions of the RAS is to activate
the mechanism of the words (left computer) and to
activate the mechanism of the pictures (right computer).
We have mentioned this before, but it's only becoming
apparent now, why this is so crucial.
