marvellous white wedding. We begin a family in our
second year of marriage." You would then leave
forty-five seconds blank on the tape. You would then
vividly imagine the following.
You would see yourself with the lady of your
dreams. Actually see yourself cruising down the
highway with her in your dream auto. (When you get
used to using your imagination you can put many
goals together in the same picture.) Vividly see what
clothes she is wearing, also see what clothes you are
wearing, put both of you in the picture. See what you
look like through someone else's eyes. Also be
actually there in the picture yourself. See yourself
dating and having fun. Vividly imagine that you are
talking away merrily with each other and discussing
all sorts of interesting topics. See that you have a lot in
common with each other. Visualize going out on
various trips.. Imagine that you are going to parties
together. See yourself going away for weekends.
Vividly imagine that you are proposing marriage to
her at your favorite restaurant and she is saying,
