Ask anyone who specializes in mnemonics
(memory expert) and they will tell you they always
attach a picture to a word or a name, that they
would like to be able to recall. Let me give you an
example. If you were to try and remember the name
Mr Treadwell, you would visualize a man with a
huge pair of boots on, treading into a huge wishing
well. Next time you saw him you'd bring back the
image of the guy with the huge boots, standing by a
wishing well and you'd say, "Ah! Mr Treadwell,
how are you?"

If you enlarge the parts of the picture that are
relevant, that also can help you bring back certain
details and names. What I also suggest you do is to
move your eyes around your head to access certain
information. If you want to recall visual information
raise your eyes towards the top of your head. We
have talked about this before; the eye movements are
connected to the neuronal patterns in the
biocomputer. To access verbal information slant your
eyes down and to the left and to access feeling and
emotions slant your eyes down and to the right.

By far the most important tool to help you with
your recall is to think in pictures. I would suggest
too, that you start reprogramming your biocomputer
with appropriate input: Every day my recall gets
better and better. I observe things more and I take
mental notes, in pictures, of certain events and names
that I know I may need to recall. I hope this answers
your question. Next!

Although I have had many successes, I can now see
the error of my ways. Time and time again I've built
up businesses and just walked away and left them.
Quite literally left them to whom ever was there at
the time and never returned or just walked away
