The program, 'I close deals all the time' made a
tremendous difference to my life, as you can imagine. I
beefed up the program with the following./When I am
in a deal I am always careful what I say, even when the
other person says the most outrageous things. (Many
times the other player says things either consciously or
unconsciously that could be red rag to a bull) I am
more inclined to listen and listen and listen and think
very carefully before I talk. I realize there is many a
slip between cup and lip. Over a period of time I
beefed-up the statement even more to make sure I had
a very strong program for closing deals. I continued on
my tape program. I also go into deals well prepared
and very flexible. I realize that the other player will
also have ideas on how the deal can come together and
he will also have things that he would like out of the
deal. I am very keen to progress and I will do so by
very carefully weighing up everything that is offered
to me. My main objective is to close the deal and get
some goodies for myself.


You can take it from me that fifty percent of
something, is better that one hundred percent of
nothing. Many times I took the fifty percent and lived
to enjoy it. On the occasions when I turned it down I
lived to regret it!


I also put in an action program and I suggest you
do the same whether you think you need it or not. II
am very quick to move on ideas and projects if I have
made the decision they are projects for me. I realize
that although I am my own man there is no one to
make me work set hours, therefore I am the one who
sets the discipline. I work very hard. I adopt the
attitude of doing more that I am paid for because I
know the rewards for my efforts equate to the law of
the harvest. I do today what has to be done today. I
don't procrastinate. I am a man of action.'
