She won all the time, but again he tried very hard.
This was the first time in the girls' life she had
excelled at anything, she started to feel good about
herself. Too many parents are too competitive with
their children, what you have to do is encourage
programs of self-esteem, competitiveness and self-
reliance in the correct way.
How big do you think biocomputer technology can
become?
Good question. I think we are just scratching the
surface at present. What we really need is a substantial
grant to enable us to do all the research that is
required. We are so far behind the Russians currently,
it isn't funny.
I'm hoping we can attract the attention of, maybe,
a major computer company or an audio cassette tape
company to come in with the dollars needed to get a
research program up and running. We also need
people, ideas, facilities, resources and guinea pigs to
help with various projects. We know what has to be
done, but it all costs time and money.
If the research dollars were available there is no
telling where this could all end, or just how big it
could be. What amazes me, is the amount of progress
that we have actually made as a human-race with the
diabolical programs that most of us have been running
on.
Of course, as well as research and development,
you have to actually manufacture books and tapes and
videos, distribute products, put on seminars,
disseminate the knowledge and attract favorable
publicity. So we are also looking for help in these areas
