turn around their facility. We will reference back to this facility and see what they did, could have done better,
and what you would do.

exercise (what major activities in what order) for 15 minutes.
The SMRP BoK can be used to either start up a greenfield facility or turn around a poor performing facility. By
using many of the techniques, the OSB Mill was able to significantly improve their operation.
