Professor Divya Singh holds an LL.D, a Masters in Tertiary Education
Management (UniMelb) and is an admitted Advocate of the High Court
of South Africa. She is the Vice Principal Advisory and Assurance
Service at the University of South Africa, where she introduced the
institutional Ethics Office (responsible for promoting an ethical and
values-informed culture at the university) and Social and Ethics
Committee of Council. She is a Certified Ethics Officer from the Ethics
Institute and the Executive Director: Globethics.net Southern
Africa. Divya spent 26 years in higher education and has a slew of
publications in law, gender violence, and governance.

Jeanette Botha is the Director in the Office of the Principal and Vice
Chancellor at the University of South Africa where she is responsible
amongst others, for higher education research, global trending and
writing. She also fulfils a liaison and advisory function. Jeanette has had
18 years’ experience at top management level, having worked with four
Vice Chancellors. She obtained a D.Ed. in Higher Education
Management in 2011, with a focus on higher education policy.
