In my own experiences I have found that as we develop a more
perfect body and better understanding of how it works with the mind
and spirit, we no longer need to spend many hours of medative
inactivity to accomplish and achieve higher spiritual development or
create harmony with all phases of the trinity.


I, as many others have found that it is also very beneficial, if not
necessary, to train the muscles and mind to many of the more speedy
and active forms of exercise. These activities train the mind, muscles
and nerves to perform alertly and quickly to possible emergencies
which constantly occur in our modern civilization. This creates a
natural balance of both the slow and the fast type of exercise.


By using the Vita-Flex, color therapy and the best of balanced
nutrition with balanced exercise we have taken nothing away from
the original findings of the ancients but have added great and
wonderful benefits to their experiences.


Since Vita-Flex and color therapy are also a great healing
knowledge discovered and used successfully by the ancients we feel
highly indebted to them for their discoveries and use. We feel that
with all this great knowledge properly put to use as a completeness
we no longer need to waste our time with needless hours of long
concentrated meditation. Often we find that short periods — minutes
— of de-centration and relaxation we can achieve the equal or better
results than many long periods of meditation.
