There are two types of blood pressure: the Systolic, during
which time the heart cavities contract and force the blood onward;
the Diastolic, during which time the heart cavities expand and fill
with blood. Normal blood pressure is 120 over 75 for persons of any
age.
There are four main reflexes to the heart, to raise or lower the
Systolic to a normal condition:
The heart reflex in the left foot slows the heart and makes the beat
stronger. (No. 20).
The reflexes in the left hand, and in the arm above the elbow, make
the heart beat regular. (No. 21). Use your right hand to work on the
heart reflex in the left hand. Use your left hand to work on the heart
reflex in the left arm. First work on the reflex for the heart on the left
hand and then on the arm, back to the hand and continue alternating

- Near the left eye is the reflex to make the heart beat faster and
