No. 23 Eye and ear
To raise or lower the Diastolic pressure, the reflexes to the kidneys
adrenal glands, and rectum are used. These points are found on both
the feet and the head. (No. 20).
To control fainting or heart attacks, start with the heart reflex in the
left hand and arm, then switch to the reflex on the head near the eye.
All points should be worked on until normal conditions return.
There have been many instances of a person pronounced dead being
brought back to life while the reflexes to the heart are being worked
on.
These reflexes work fast to revive a person after drowning. It is a
better and faster way than mouth to mouth resuscitation or rhythmic
pressure on the lungs.
The Eyes and Ears 62 &
The following control points are for the immediate relief of all
headaches. For best results all of them may be used, but usually only
a few are needed. The fastest relief points are in both elbows, (No.
23), the reflex points for the top of the spine and stomach in both
thumbs, and two points at the back of the head. (No. 26 and 24).
These same points also release tension and pain across both
shoulders and around the neck area. Other eye and ear reflexes are
found in the center of the pads of all toes and fingers. The ends of
the toes and fingers relieve aches on top of the head and brain. It is
rare that these finger and toe reflex points are needed for headaches,
but they are important for helping other eye and ear problems. (No.
