andtobeapologisedfor. Butnocriticdesiresor,desiring,hasthe
couragetojustifytheRenaissancemethod,qua method,rootand
branch,
andtoinsistthatthebaroquestylewasthefirsttograspthe
psychological
basis,andconsequentlibertiesofarchitectural
art.
