- Arrange the nut mixture in a single
layer on the prepared baking sheet. - Bake for 10 minutes, mixing gently
halfway through the cooking time to
ensure that the nuts cook evenly. - Remove the pan from the oven. Add
the raisins and let the mixture cool for at
least 20 minutes. This step is important.
Cooked nuts become chewy, but they get
their crunchiness back once they’ve
cooled. Serve immediately or store in an
airtight container for up to a month.
Note: Get as creative as you want with
