Chai-Spiced Roasted

I developed this recipe while I was
testing my Roasted Masala Nuts (see
recipe on page 96). You can get chai
just about anything else, so why not
nuts? It was a perfect pairing, and one
that I make regularly now. I love
cooking up batches around the
holidays. Sealed in pretty pouches, they
make a perfect and unique gift.
