The spice chana masala is used to make
the dish chana masala. I know, a little
confusing. Chana refers to white
chickpeas, but this recipe is in this
section to inspire you to take your
spice blend and use it for any beans or
lentils. The tanginess of this masala
comes from dried pomegranate seeds
and mango powder. It’s absolutely
delicious and, I warn you, highly
addictive once you see how easy it is to
whip up.
