continuous education and learning. But the leader also needs to

They anticipate the moment, making the changes they need to
make in their thinking and in their plans, showing everyone that
they can have better ideas and solutions to most problems.

always-changing rules, and adapting to the new and more de-
manding reality, so he continues to motivate himself as well as
others. The leader inspires the ones that need his guidance by
