invested. Be aggressive; conservative goals encourage complacency
so set the bar high and push yourself to reach the top. Finally, set the
stopwatch. Limit your performance levels and objectives to a specific
timeframe. Above all, putting it to paper without a plan, a goal and a
timeframe and you are shooting in the dark.
