Fear of the Resurrection Day
ManshouldfeartheterrorsanddifficultiesoftheResurrectionDay,by
avoidinganymatterthatGodhasforbidden,andclingingtotheprecepts
and obligations. The holy Quran exposes the horrifying terrors of the
situation on the Resurrection Day. God says:
Thedayonwhichamanshallflyfromhisbrotherandhismotherand
hisfatherandhisspouseandhisson.Everymanofthemshallonthat
day have an affair, which will occupy him.
Surely,theviolenceofthehourisagrievousthing.Onthedaywhen
youshallsee it,everywomangivingsuchshallquit inconfusionwhat
shesuckled,andeverypregnantwomanshalllaydownherburden,and
youshallseemenintoxicated,andtheyshallnotbe intoxicatedbutthe
chastisement of Allah will be severe.
TheQuranalsoexposesthehorriblechastisementthatthetyrantsand
murderers will encounter on that day. God says:
Layholdonhimthenputachainonhim.Thencasthimintotheburn-
ingfire.Thenthrusthimintoachainthelengthofwhichisseventycu-
bits.Surely,hedid notbelieveinAllah theGreat.Nordidheurge the
feedingofthepoor.Therefore,hehasnotheretodayatruefriend.Nor
any food except the wrongdoers’ eats.
Itis obligatoryuponeveryindividual, who possessesamentality,to
shunanysortofsinning,andtofearGod.Naturally,suchahigheduca-
tion will achieve a bright and pure mentality
