* Measurable and quantifiable objectiveswhich address each KRA* Strategies for meeting each objective- Action plans for implementing

ImplementationThis section of the plan
should spell out specific issues related to implementation
of theplan. Issues which should
be included inthis section include
the following:" Organizational structure* Major policies
and procedures requiredto successfully
implement your plan* Human and
financial resource allocation- Evaluation and Control
Here we describe the
process for keepingthe plan up-to-date. Also include
the controlforms that will be used
to monitor the plan.Ideally, responsibilities
per Action Plan
