Providing a name for the new DSN
- Click Finish to complete the first phase of creating a SQL Server DSN.
At this point, you’ve created a new data source named DSN using the SQL Server ODBC
driver. You still have to connect the DSN to a SQL Server instance and database within
the instance. The next dialog box you see depends on the ODBC driver you selected in
Step 4. In the case of the SQL Server driver, you must specify the SQL Server instance
and the database for the DSN.
