Casseroles Everyone Will Flock To
Casseroles are one-dish meals. They always have some sort of liquid added,
so they’re moist and easy to eat after you have had weight loss surgery.
They’re easy to make, too: You can put them in the slow cooker or prepare
them ahead of time and refrigerate them until it’s time to heat. Leftovers
can be packed for lunch or frozen for another time-saving meal. One of our
favorite things about casseroles is that they often taste better the next day!
Just remember to reheat the food to 160 degrees before eating.
