peatingthemwithconviction,onemaytrulybelievethatoneishungry,sad,angry,

happy,etc.Allmatter,includingyourbody,isonlyenergyinaparticularstateofvi-

bration.Therefore,throughapurifiedandtrainedmind,youmaycontrolyourvibra-

tionalstate.Westernpsychologyisonlynowdiscoveringthepowerofaffirmations

tocreatenewmoodsandfeelings,andthus,newrealities.Themindcaneithermake

itselffeel“good”or“bad”accordingtoitsdisposition.Thisinturncanaffectthe

physical body, causing it to be healthy or ill.

OneimportanteffectthatAricanhaveonhealthisthemanifestationofbirthdefects

andabnormalitiesincludingmentalillness.Aperson’skarmicbasisdeterminestheir

nextincarnation.Therefore,whetherornotapersonwillbebornintothehomeof
