channels of the body healthy (green). - Waterfromayoungjellycoconutor 1 teaspoonofKamut
WheatgrassJuice*withsixouncesofpurifiedspringor
distilled water, alkaline water if possible. - Mid-morning:
- Repeat“HetepDi Si NeterIry MettuWadj”four times
- WateryFruit–melon,cucumber,grapes,etc.,orfreshly
juicedcarrot/greenvegetablejuiceorHerbalTea(coolor
very warm, but not Cold or Hot) - 1 capsule of Sona Vitamin
- Lunch:(noontime-notnecessarilyat 12 P.M.,butrather
