  • FoodforMindandSoul-Relaxationperiod–aftertaking
    careofthemorningroutine,sitquietlyfor 20 minutes,fo-
    cusingonyourbreath(properbreathing)todrawinlife
    force energy and center yourself for the day ahead.

  • Breakfast (Breaking the Fast):

  • Saythefollowingchantfourtimesjustbeforehaving
    breakfast:“HetepDiSiNeterIryMettuWadj”which
    means“OfferingsgiventocausetheDivinetomakethe
    channels of the body healthy (green).

  • Waterfromayoungjellycoconutor 1 teaspoonofKamut
    WheatgrassJuice*withsixouncesofpurifiedspringor
    distilled water, alkaline water if possible.

  • Mid-morning:

  • Repeat“HetepDi Si NeterIry MettuWadj”four times

  • WateryFruit–melon,cucumber,grapes,etc.,orfreshly
    juicedcarrot/greenvegetablejuiceorHerbalTea(coolor
    very warm, but not Cold or Hot)

  • 1 capsule of Sona Vitamin

  • Lunch:(noontime-notnecessarilyat 12 P.M.,butrather
    when feeling hungry-between 12-2 P.M.)

  • Repeat“HetepDi Si NeterIry MettuWadj”four times

  • Beforelunch,haveanother 1 teaspoon(1½ifhadcoconut
    waterforbreakfast)ofKamutWheatgrassJuice*withsix
    ounces of water.

  • Then 30 minutes later, a Large salad:

  • Large All RawVegetable Salad

  • CanaddRawHummusorNutPates,etc.–Checkwithfood
    combiningchart

  • Or RawFruit / Fruit salad

  • 1 capsule of Sona Vitamin with lunch

  • Mid-Afternoon:

  • Repeat:“HetepDi Si NeterIry MettuWadj”four times
