  • Freshly juiced green leafy vegetables with carrot juice daily.

  • Fasting:practicefastinginaccordancewiththeintuitionof
    thebodyortheoutlineinthisbook-ifyouarenothungry
    donoteatsolidfoodsbutcontinuewithgreenvegetable
    juices.

  • FoodforMindandSoul-Relaxationperiod–aftertaking
    careofthemorningroutine,sitquietlyfor 20 minutes,fo-
    cusingonyourbreath(properbreathing)todrawinlife
    force energy and center yourself for the day ahead.

  • Breakfast (Breaking the Fast):
