Financial Viewpoint – Lisa Strausfeld, Pentagram Design
Lisa Strausfeld is an expert in media installations. She
worked as a research assistant in the Visible Language
Workshop before co-founding the information architecture
software company, Perspecta, along with two of her MIT
classmates. Strausfeld joined Pentagram Design New
York as a partner in 2002 and has thus extended the
company’s portfolio with her interaction design work. This
project shows how the concept of information landscapes
can be implemented into a commercial context. Three-
dimensionality is used to organise complex data relating to
a variety of funds. This allows the user to access the selected
information from multiple perspectives, each of which reveal
