Rationale: Identifying and valuing leadership qualities among team

members are developmental assets. Youth who describe or

display leadership qualities are more likely to engage in

positive, constructive behaviors and avoid negative,

destructive behaviors.

Audience:

In-school and out-of-school youth who have completed at

least primary education.

Facilitator

Expertise:

Peace Corps Volunteers and local counterparts who have

been trained in how to use and adapt the Life Skills and

Leadership Manual.
