Gorgonzola Butter Recipe
A Favorite Restaurant Recipe
Preparation time: 10 minutes. Servings: 15.
Cooking Conversion Table
Ingredients:
1 pound soft butter
2/3 pound Gorgonzola cheese (use bleu cheese if you like a stronger flavor)
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon fleshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
Cream the butter until smooth
Gently fold in the Gorgonzola cheese, Worcestershire and fresh pepper (some pieces - small
chunks - of cheese should remain)
Roll in plastic wrap, twist ends and store in refrigerator
Cut into slices to top steaks
