LEADERS ARE PERFECTIONISTS
lifted up by praise we don’t deserve. Criticism or praise from
others is secondary to our own connection with conscience.^7
- MATURITY:
- On the maturity continuum, dependence is the paradigm of
you – you take care of me; you come through for me; you

with the animal in you without becoming wholly animal, play
with falsehood without forfeiting your right to truth, play with
cruelty without losing your sensitivity of mind. He who wants
to keep his garden tidy doesn’t reserve a plot for weeds...^12
- ...it is painful to observe, then and now, men and women placed
