POULET ANTIBOISE


Slice 2 lb of onions and put them
into a deep casserole with a half-
tumbler of olive oil, a little salt,
and a pinch of cayenne pepper.


On top of the onions place a
cleaned chicken seasoned with salt
and pepper. Cover the casserole
