CHAPTER 41 DESK ACCESSORIES


  1. Choose Add New Entry to open the Personal To Do Entry window.

  2. Enter or select a date and a time for the entry.

  3. Select a category for the entry.

  4. Select a priority and status for the entry.

  5. Enter a description of the to do entry in the Activity field.

  6. Enter or select a user ID in the Target To Do List to create an entry in
    that user’s personal to do list.

  7. Choose OK to save your changes.


Changing or deleting a personal to do list entry


Use the Personal To Do List window to change or delete an entry in your
personal To Do List. You can change the date the activity is due and the
status. You also can delete an entry.
