CHAPTER 4 APPLICANT SKILLS AND TESTS
To add an applicant test record:
- Open the Applicant Tests window.
(Cards >> Human Resources >> Applicant >> Tests) - Enter or select an applicant record.
- In the test column, select a test the applicant has taken.
- Enter the date the test was administered.
- Enter the applicant’s score. You also can enter the total possible score,
such as “95 of 100.” - Choose the notes button to add comments about a particular test.
- Continue adding the applicant’s tests scores.
- Close the window when you’re finished.
Modifying or deleting an applicant test record
Use the Applicant Tests window to delete or modify test information. You
can modify an applicant test record to reflect changes such as new tests
taken.
