management functions in SAP ERP HCM to manage health and safety brief-
ings. Account for those employees who have received new training as well as
those who require a refreshment course. Detect shortcomings in employee
health and safety knowledge by comparing their skills sets to those required
to perform respective tasks. Determine where employees can safely work,
along with the machinery they can operate without danger to themselves and
others, by regularly assessing their qualifications. Store results of employee
training in your employee master data. Because many health and safety brief-
ings are valid only for a limited period of time, SAP Industrial Hygiene and
Safety automatically proposes repeat sessions.
