Here, I created the effect of a rainy day.
I outlined the figures, and I mixed cobalt
turquoise, Naples yellow reddish and
cadmium orange in small quantities
to create the reflections, which I only
painted on the left side. I added details
to make the asphalt appear wet. Working
quickly, I had time to remove some
details using a dry brush and a spatula.
Final
I accentuated the character of the figures and intensified their reflections
using a dry brush. On the right side, I painted the remaining reflection,
adding light to the buildings and traffic lights using cadmium yellow light
and cadmium orange, and I painted a bird or two in the sky. WA
