Before you complete the transition to a live organic diet, a
cleanse or a de-tox is often helpful. After so many years of
abusing your system, you need to re-discover the balance
between assimilation and elimination. Chew lots and eat slowly at
regular intervals or when your body, and not your mind, says so.
Assimilation depends greatly upon what kind of food you eat and
