Simmer all in a pot for 10-15 minutes, strain and serve warm. Can
be drunk 20 minutes after a meal.


Option: try just 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg with milk as a
calming drink which is great for insomnia. Another way to sleep
well is to eat your main meal at lunch. A lighter meal in the
evening will improve your night's sleep.


Rejuvelac

This is the fermented soak water from wheat sprouts. It contains
eight B vitamins, vitamin E and is rich in enzymes and healthy
lacto-bacillus bacteria.


175g wheat grains


900ml water


Soak one cup of wheat grains with three cups of pure water. After
48 hours you can pour off the 'rejuvelac' water to drink. Keep the
same grains as you can repeat for a further three more days (five
days in total). When repeating use just two cups of water each
time, instead of the original three. Pour off and drink at 24 hour
intervals. Refrigerate the drink if not used immediately. After the
