Apples, juice, as desired


1 tbsp sunflower seeds, soaked for at least 8 hours


1 tbsp hemp seeds


1 tbsp almonds


2 pitted dates


Small handful sprouts


Small handful parsley or watercress


1 tsp blue green algae


Blend and serve


For most juices, you will find carrot and apple are the best bases.
They are the only fruit and vegetables that are great mixed with
anything. They are also tasty on their own.
