1 tbsp Hulled hemp seeds
1 tsp cashew nuts
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
Pinch saffron
Place all in juicer except hemp seeds, saffron and cardamom. Mix
well.
Best served ice cold on a deserted Island.

1.2 litres organic freshly squeezed apple juice 300 ml water
1 small orange, sliced thinly, with peel if organic
2 cardamom pods
1 large cinnamon stick
1 tbsp hulled hempseed, toasted
2 cloves
Pour water and juice into a saucepan and warm. Add orange
slices, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and hemp. Turn of heat,
leave to cool then warm again before serving through a strainer.
