Juice Apple, lemon (including rind), optional ginger and garlic. Add
oil and herbs. Whisk, blend or stir and enjoy. It really does taste
nice after the first time.

4 - 5 non gas forming lightly cooked vegetables such as beet,
carrots, celery, parsley, okra, squash etc. Avoid cabbage,
cauliflower, broccoli or onions. 570ml milk (hemp), rejuvelac or
water


Place one cup of your vegetable mix in a blender and blend. Place
mix in a pot. Add hemp milk. Bring to boil and let simmer for one
minute. This helps break down fibre and release enzymes. Strain
off liquid and use. Great for post fast.
