and hemp flour or ground seed, stock or herbs and pepper to
taste. Let cool, place in an airtight container and leave in the
refrigerator all night. For breakfast, form into burger or sausage
shapes, roll in sesame seeds and shallow fry for a few minutes on
each side until crisp on the outside. Alternatively bake for 10
minutes at 180°C.

1 carrot, peeled & grated
Garlic, finely chopped, to taste
1 tbsp sesame oil
Black pepper, coarse ground, to taste
Sprig of parsley
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp raisins or sultanas
1 tsp maple syrup
Pinch of caraway seeds
Dry roast seeds. Mix in other ingredients. Let sit for 30 minutes.
