150ml hemp tahini
1 large lemon, juiced
150ml water
Whisk tahini and lemon juice in blender. Add a little water at a time
until you reach desired consistency. Keep airtight in refrigerator
and you can use for up to 4 days.
Preservatives in food are so dangerous that workers in dried fruit
factories have to wear gas masks to prevent themselves being
poisoned.
