Rocket or other salad leaves
1 tbsp hemp oil
1 or 2 tsp sesame tahini (optional)
Olives to taste
Place the pasta into a bowl and pour the sauce over it. Garnish
with the sliced spring onions, hemp oil and sesame tahini. Serve
with green leaves and olives. Serve as it is or, if you prefer, warm
it up in the dehydrator before serving.

175g broccoli, spinach, hemp flowers, hulled seeds or cashew
nuts
Sprig of parsley
Mix in a blender. Serve with sprig of parsley and sprinkle with
hulled hemp seeds, or any of the above options.
