amount of ghee or butter. Add in all ingredients and mash
thoroughly. Serve with salt, pepper, herbs and hulled hemp seeds.

4 large sweet potatoes
3 - 4 tbsp ghee or hemp butter
2 tbsp hemp flour
2 cinnamon sticks, broken
1/2 tsp fresh ginger
600ml hemp milk (or cow's, goat's or soy)
1 tbsp hulled hemp seed
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp fresh black pepper
Chop each potato into five or six pieces. Add to medium sized pan
of boiling water and cook for 20 minutes then drain. Melt ghee in
saucepan, add cinnamon sticks and ginger. Cook for two to three
minutes before adding potatoes, mashing in the ghee with a fork.
Clear a space in the centre of the pan and gradually stir in flour
until mixed well. Slowly add the milk and hulled seeds, heat until
hot, but not boiling. Add salt and pepper.
