Steam parsnip until soft. Mash with miso, dill and hulled hemp
seeds. Add lemon for that sharp edge and serve with parsley.

Spread miso of your choice on tofu, tempeh or vegetable pieces.
Grill or barbecue on skewers until slightly toasted. Mix various
seasonings with the miso, such as fresh ginger, garlic, grated
lemon or orange rind. Add more liquid (try hemp oil or Hempso
(tm) tamari, lemon or orange juice) and use as a marinade with
lots of hulled hemp seeds one hour before cooking.

You will need some unusual ingredients for this tasty dish, so
check first and enjoy a visit to your local Asian grocers and enjoy
some Durian fruit (an unusual fruit you do not find often, worth
trying if you have not before) while you are there.
8 large Vietnamese rice papers (banh trang), or try with nori

3/4 cup firm tofu, cut into matchsticks
