100ml maple syrup or raw honey
1 tbsp sunflower seeds, roughly ground
1 tbsp hemp seeds, roughly ground
1 tbsp hulled hemp seeds
2 tbsp tahini
100 g coconut, shredded
1 tsp vanilla extract
100 g toasted wheat germ (optional)
Mix all ingredients except coconut, prepared as above, into a stiff
dough. Press into balls and roll in coconut.

110 g whole pitted dates, preferably medjool, finely chopped
125g un-sulphured apricots, chopped
4 tbsp water
2 tbsp brown rice syrup or malt extract
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
