Pure Fruit Non-Dairy Ice-cream RVGNS
Fruit of your choice, such as banana, peaches, blackcurrant,
mangos, papaya, strawberries
Hulled hemp, hemp flour, carob or cocoa powder, to taste
Hemp milk (optional)
Maple Syrup (optional)
Freeze fruit for 24 hours (until solid). Put in blender. Serve,
sprinkled with hulled hemp, hemp flour, carob or cocoa powder.
Top with hemp milk and maple syrup (optional).

Raspberries contain the most fibre of any berries. If you want
cream then use hemp cream, failing that real cream is much
preferred over the sugary whipped variety.
Try eating a green salad for dessert instead of starter or
accompaniment.
