150ml hemp oil
150ml sesame oil
4 cups carrot and apple pulp (3:1 ratio)
300ml maple syrup or raw honey
1/2 cup molasses
1 tsp vanilla extract
250g tofu
3 cups wholegrain flour (or hemp)
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup raisins
Mix pulp and oil, then add honey, molasses, vanilla and tofu. Mix
well. Mix remaining ingredients together first, then add to mixture
and stir well. Place in oiled baking pan for 50 minutes at 160°C.

Freeze your pulp overnight. Blend in a food processor with
bananas and serve.
